Bilateral Meeting Between the Iranian Minister of Agriculture and the Kenyan Minister of Trade Investment and Industry

On the sidelines of the Seventh Session of the Iran–Kenya Joint Commission on Cooperation, H.E. Mr. Gholamreza Nouri, Minister of Agriculture Jihad of the Islamic Republic of Iran, held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Lee Kinyanjui, Cabinet Secretary for Trade, Investment, and Industry of the Republic of Kenya, at his official office, upon invitation.

During the meeting, both sides expressed appreciation for the efforts undertaken to overcome existing challenges and promote trade and investment between the two countries. They viewed the session and its follow-up initiatives as a valuable platform for bringing the two friendly and brotherly nations closer together.

The ministers also acknowledged that the current level of bilateral engagement does not reflect the full potential of cooperation across various sectors. They reaffirmed their commitment to intensifying efforts aimed at expanding interactions and unlocking new opportunities for collaboration.
