Before the official opening of the Seventh Session of the Iran–Kenya Joint Commission, the heads of the two delegations—H.E. Dr. Gholamreza Nouri, Minister of Agriculture of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and H.E. Dr. Musalia Mudavadi, Prime Cabinet Secretary and Minister of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Kenya—held a bilateral meeting in the presence of H.E. Mr. Mutahi Kagwe, Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development of Kenya. During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of further strengthening bilateral relations and expanding trade cooperation across key sectors, including agriculture, technical and engineering services, and science and technology. The discussions reflected a shared commitment to deepening strategic ties and fostering mutual development through enhanced collaboration.
