Mombasa County Governor visited the Embassy of I.R. Iran

On Tuesday, September 10, 2024, His Excellency Dr. Abdullswamad Sheriff Nassir, honorable County Governor of Mombasa, visited the Iranian Embassy at the invitation of His Excellency Dr. Ali Gholampour, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Kenya.

They discussed the long-standing cultural ties between Mombasa and Iran and emphasized the need for enhanced relations. Key areas of cooperation included knowledge-based industries, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automotive sectors, and port and maritime collaboration.
