Condolences from dignitaries and officials of the Federal Republic of Somalia to the government and people of the Islamic Republic of Iran

For the martyrdom of the Honorable President of the Islamic Republic of Iran the Minister of Foreign Affairs and their companions in the helicopter crash in East Azarbaijan province.

After the tragic passing of His Excellency Ayatollah Ebrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, along with several other high-ranking officials in a helicopter crash on Sunday, May 30, 1403, dignitaries from the Federal Republic of Somalia, including President office and Ministry of Foreign Affairs extended their sympathies to the Iranian government and its people for this significant loss.

These messages are as follows:

1-    The President Office, Federal Republic of Somalia

The Somali Government expresses its profound sympathy and condolences to the Government and the people of the Republic of I ran on the sad passing of President Ibrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and other officials accompanying them following the tragic helicopter crash.

2-    Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation is following with great concern the reports regarding the helicopter carrying H.E. Dr. Ebrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, along with his Foreign Minister and accompanying delegation.

During this critical moment, the Federal Republic of Somalia extends its sincerest and heartfelt wishes for the safety and well-being of President Raisi and all members of his delegation, standing in firm solidarity with the government and people of Iran.

3-    H.E. Ali Omar, State Minister of Foreign Affairs

Ambassador,

Regrettably, due to time constraints, it is not feasible to send a representative in person at this juncture. Nonetheless, please be assured that our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with the people of Iran.

In these trying times, our hearts reach out with empathy and solidarity. We fervently pray for the well-being of every Iranian, holding them close in our thoughts. As the nation grapples with the sorrow of this tragedy, we stand united in mourning those who have lost their lives.

We remain hopeful and confident in the resilient spirit of Iran to navigate through this period of grief. In the days to come, our collective prayers and well-wishes accompany you, as we trust in the enduring fortitude of the Iranian people to heal and rebuild. With heartfelt condolences.

Ambassador, Your Excellency,

I am very deeply shocked and grieved by the news of the unfortunate helicopter crash that claimed the lives of His Excellency Ebrahim Raisi the President and other officials.

We are with you in this difficult time

I send my sincerest condolences to the Iranian government and people, as well as to the bereaved families, on the sudden passing of their loved one and leader. May Allah grant them the highest place in Jannah.
